Welcome to Draw & Learn! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Draw & Learn mobile application ("App") available through the Apple App Store. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Subscription plans may include a free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged the subscription fee.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be made through Apple. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. To request a refund:
The Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that provides permanent access to all premium features. This is a non-consumable purchase tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on other devices using the same Apple ID.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal. You will be notified of price changes in advance.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and drawings templates, is the property of Roberto Pires Almeida and is protected by international copyright laws.
You retain all rights to drawings created by you or your child using the App. These drawings are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded or shared unless you explicitly choose to do so through your device's sharing features.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App should first be addressed by contacting us at info@cambyte.co.uk. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally.
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
