Draw & Learn (listed on the App Store as “Draw & Learn to Talk with Bob”) is made for children aged 5 and under, with guided drawing, tracing, colouring, first words, phonics, shapes, and numbers. Parent settings and links sit behind a parental gate.
No. Everything children use works fully offline. Bob’s voice is either audio bundled with the app or Apple’s on-device text-to-speech. The app never asks for microphone or camera access. The only permission it may request is to add a finished drawing to Photos when you choose to save it.
